About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join a fast-growing e-commerce company specializing in golf fitness and outdoor technology products.
Youll be the first point of contact for customers answering phone calls and handling product-related inquiries with professionalism and care. The role involves addressing a wide range of questions some of which may be complex and ensuring each customer has a seamless experience.
This position offers extensive training and the opportunity to become a long-term member of a supportive Customer Happiness team.
Key Responsibilities- Handle incoming customer inquiries via email text social & phone with empathy and accuracy.
- Provide product information and troubleshoot issues related to golf fitness and outdoor technology.
- Collaborate closely with the Customer Happiness team to resolve issues efficiently.
- Learn continuously about new product features and updates to deliver accurate support.
- Document customer interactions and ensure issues are followed through to resolution.
- Contribute to team culture and long-term growth within the company.
- Think proactively and innovate ways to improve our customer service and company as a whole
Qualifications- 100% fluency in written and spoken English.
- Strong communication skills with a neutral or minimal accent.
- Ability to quickly learn and understand technology products.
- Empathy patience and excellent customer service mindset.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Interest in long-term career growth within the company.
- (Nice to have) Comfort working with AI tools to support customer service
- (Nice to have) Interested in golf / golf tech (primary focus of sales)
