Company Overview

Grapevine Relief And Community Exchange (GRACE) is a Grapevine Texas based nonprofit relief agency dedicated to providing essential services such as food clothing and financial assistance to those in need. Our mission is rooted in fostering self-sufficiency and community support through collaboration with local churches municipalities and civic organizations.

Ideal Candidates:

HS Diploma or GED; minimum 6 months of experience.
Pursuing a Associates or Bachelors in Social Work is a plus!
Bilingual in English and Spanish required.

What youll do:

Greeting and directing guests in person and over the phone.
Assisting with client intake file updates and assessments.
Input client data into the system for services.
Supporting special events and administrative tasks across departments.
Maintaining clean and organized common areas.
Preparing reports and attending staff meetings.
Occasionally handling errands such as mailing documents.

NOTE: This is a summary of the duties and not a full list. Individual job descriptions will be provided upon hire as well as discussed during the interview process.

What well offer:

Monday - Friday Schedule; 9:30 am - 6 pm
May occasionally work one Saturday a month if needed (overtime).
Pay - $18.00/hour
Full time position benefits available after 60 days.
Sick Vacation Personal Time Holiday Pay.

Qualifications:

6 months experience to one year experience.
A valid Driver License and Car Insurance.
