As a Senior Sales Consultant at Collective Health you are a key driver of strategic and complex sales opportunities both internally and externally. You will leverage advanced knowledge of self-funded employer health benefits and Collective Healths platform to guide prospective clients through the sales processfrom discovery through close.
Partnered tightly with the Regional Vice President of Sales youll be expected to manage internal sales processes prepare sales materials present Collective Health capabilities in the market and bring a consultative eye to the process from end to end.
The ideal candidate is a well respected early to mid-career professional in the health insurance marketplace in Greater Dallas who is currently supporting a book of business with clients in the enterprise or larger self-funded space (1000 lives).
What youll do:
- Work with the Regional Vice Presidents of Sales to develop pipeline and foster relationships with consultants and other network partners
- Represent Collective Health in prospect-facing meetings industry events and strategic presentations as a partner to the Regional Vice Presidents
- Support and manage complex sales opportunities from initial discovery through close and successful handoff to implementation
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product marketing operations partnerships and implementation teams to align strategy and execution
- Own and drive resolution of sales process as related to non-standard asks in partnership with internal stakeholders
- Own and independently manage deals including those eligible for Sales Consultant leadership
To be successful in this role youll need:
- 8 years of overall business experience 4 years of experience in consulting/brokerage or enterprise health benefits sales
- Deep knowledge of self-funded employer healthcare and the benefits ecosystem
- Familiarity with the RFP process and experience giving sales presentations and demos
- Strategic thinking with strong organizational and project management skills
- Proficiency in Salesforce and related sales tools
- Excellent written oral presentation and interpersonal skills capable of negotiating expectations and building consensus among multiple stakeholders
- Dedicated to improving the healthcare experience in the US aligned with Collective Healths mission
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience
Pay Transparency Statement
This is a hybrid position based out of our Plano office with the expectation of being in office at least two weekdays per week. #LI-hybrid
The actual pay rate offered within the range will depend on factors including geographic location qualifications experience and internal addition to the salary you will be eligible for stock options and benefits like health insurance 401k and paid time off.
