As a Senior Sales Consultant at Collective Health you are a key driver of strategic and complex sales opportunities both internally and externally. You will leverage advanced knowledge of self-funded employer health benefits and Collective Healths platform to guide prospective clients through the sales processfrom discovery through close.
Partnered tightly with the Regional Vice President of Sales youll be expected to manage internal sales processes prepare sales materials present Collective Health capabilities in the market and bring a consultative eye to the process from end to end.
The ideal candidate is a well respected early to mid-career professional in the health insurance marketplace in Greater Dallas who is currently supporting a book of business with clients in the enterprise or larger self-funded space (1000 lives).
This is a hybrid position based out of our Plano office with the expectation of being in office at least two weekdays per week. #LI-hybrid
The actual pay rate offered within the range will depend on factors including geographic location qualifications experience and internal addition to the salary you will be eligible for stock options and benefits like health insurance 401k and paid time off.
