Project Engineer Commercial Construction

Our client is a well-respected full-service commercial construction firm delivering high-quality projects throughout the Pacific Northwest. They provide turn-key buildouts for the installation of medical imaging equipment managing every phase from architectural and engineering design to preconstruction management and construction.

Key Responsibilities
- Review and distribute plan sets track revisions and maintain organized records.
- Assist with subcontractor management including scheduling contracts insurance and safety compliance.
- Prepare and distribute meeting minutes RFIs change orders and inspection documentation.
- Maintain project logs and punch lists ensuring as-builts are accurate and up to date.
- Support creation of O&M manuals and other close-out documentation.
- Manage and maintain all project documentation contracts and submittals in a well-organized system.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering or related field preferred.
- Strong organizational and document management skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with construction documents contracts and project workflows.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Spectrum and spreadsheet estimating in Excel a plus.

Compensation: $65000 $75000
