Momentus Technologies is looking for a strategic and people-first Senior Director of Professional Services to lead a diverse and high-performing team across Technical Services Project Management Consulting and Implementation. This role is responsible for setting the vision and operational strategy for our enterprise delivery practice in the EMEA region; ensuring our customers experience seamless implementations exceptional service and measurable value.
Youll lead and develop a group of managers and team leads while working cross-functionally with Sales Product and Customer Success to align services with business goals and customer outcomes. Youll also drive improvements to delivery methodologies operational metrics and team performance keeping quality and scalability at the forefront.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and Develop Leaders: Directly manage a group of team managers and leads fostering leadership growth accountability and alignment to strategic goals.
- Own Delivery Strategy: Follow the global direction for how projects are scoped resourced and executed ensuring consistency scalability and a high-quality customer experience across all regions.
- Demonstrate Strong Business Acumen: Use data-driven insights to manage budgets forecast revenue assess team capacity and make informed decisions that balance customer outcomes with business goals.
- Drive Operational Excellence: Maintain team and individual contributor utilization capacity planning and delivery KPIs across multiple disciplines. Drive predictability reduce risk and proactively identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with Sales Product Customer Success and Support to ensure seamless handoffs effective RFP responses and alignment between solution design and delivery capability.
- Elevate Customer Experience: Champion customer satisfaction by ensuring high-quality delivery clear project governance and proactive issue resolution across all active engagements.
- Support Sales Efforts: Join key customer conversations support proposal development and ensure alignment between scope budget and customer goals.
- Lead Change and Growth: Help scale our delivery practice by standardizing processes building team capabilities and evaluating where innovation can increase value for customers and internal teams.
- Coach for Growth and Change: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by mentoring managers and team leads through change building leadership capability and supporting professional development that aligns with evolving business needs.
- Ensure Global Consistency: Partner with regional Professional Services leaders to align on global delivery standards share best practices and drive consistency in execution customer experience and operational excellence across all geographies.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree required; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- 7 years of leadership experience in professional services or SaaS implementation with at least 3 years leading people managers.
- Proven experience managing large-scale enterprise software projects and cross-functional delivery teams.
- Strong business acumen with experience in budget ownership revenue forecasting and resource planning.
- Excellent communication coaching and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and skilled at leading teams through change.
- Willing to travel as needed to meet team and customer needs.
