Valid drivers license with a clean driving record (required).
3 years of experience in commercial HVAC maintenance and repair.
EPA Universal Certification (preferred).
Strong knowledge of building systems including electrical plumbing and mechanical.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine and emergency maintenance on HVAC plumbing electrical and mechanical systems.
Troubleshoot and repair commercial HVAC systems including rooftop units split systems and chillers.
Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance across assigned properties.
Respond to service requests and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Travel between multiple sites using a company-provided vehicle or personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed).
ADDITIONAL ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS
Technical vocational or on-the-job training in at least one of the following areas: HVAC electrical mechanical process controls mechanical power transmissions painting plumbing carpentry or engine repair
Possess and maintain a valid drivers license (commercial license may be required) and good driving record with periodic checks
Basic Computing Skills in Outlook Excel & Word
May be only maintenance staff member on duty during certain shifts; may be required to work extended periods of time without relief when responding to priority/emergency situations (including overtime type assignments); may require shift work and/or stand-by on-call duties
WORK ENVIRONMENT
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers phones photocopiers filing cabinets and fax machines.
