WAGE: $24.55 - $31.10 DOE

Day to day as a Case Manager sUPERVISOR
Perform a variety of first-line supervisory and full performance professional duties as needed to provide on-going case management services to chronically mentally ill adults adolescents and/or children. Performs Social Service Worker level supportive counseling services and behavior management services including behavior modification & consequence awareness along with direct instruction in skill building.
Your role will involve assessing clients creating tailored care plans and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive support. This position offers a structured yet nurturing atmosphere perfect for show-casing your problem-solving abilities and compassionate demeanor. Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
- High School Diploma and
- Graduation with a Bachelors degree in any field
- Completed coursework required by Division of Occupational and Professional Licensing to apply for SSW licensure per Utah Code: Social welfare policy; 2. Human growth and development; and 3. Social work practice and methods.
- And/or are working towards a SSW licensure.
