Our team has 50 professionals with design split across 4 divisions: Graphic Web UX/UI and E-commerce.
Weve won 68 professional awards. 70% of our Behance projects are featured in curated galleries including 2 Best of Behance 3 Golds and 20 shortlists at Ukrainian Design: The Very Best Of.
Our designers teach at Projector SKVOT Creative Practice and Beetroot Academy. Clutch and Upwork rank us as Kyivs top agency.

Ensure high quality from the first sketch to final presentation.
Can plan projects allocate resources and balance workloads effectively.

Guarantee top quality across full-cycle branding projects from brief to launch.
Assess projects and delegate tasks based on individual strengths.
Scale the team: hire onboard and participate in technical interviews.
Enhance design processes and raise creative standards.
Collaborate with other departments and external partners (motion illustration copywriting).
Represent the agency at competitions festivals and professional events.
Drive internal projects and launch new formats within the Graphic division.
What Youll Do:
Lead and develop a team of 5 designers.
Guarantee top quality across full-cycle branding projects from brief to launch.
