Product Development Specialist
The role will:
- Translate product strategy into BRDs business cases timelines and pricing models enabling effective product introduction.
- Design and execute product development strategies ensuring alignment with cross-functional teams testing (UAT pilots) and go-to-market delivery.
- Drive new product initiatives and oversee the full lifecycle (enhancements updates discontinuation) in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Conduct structured market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and support sustainable sales growth.
- Track post-launch performance extract insights and embed improvements into product and commercial strategies.
- Develop clear and impactful sales scripts that translate technical features into customer value.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a product management role.
- BSc and/or Masters Degree in Marketing Business Administration Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in product specifications testing coordination and ensuring quality standards align with customer expectations.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of KPIs.
- Project management skills: task prioritization multitasking and meeting deadlines.
- Very good knowledge of the English language
- Analytical skills capable of interpreting complex data to identify trends and opportunities.
