The role

  • Full Time Continuing
  • Level 10 - $142137 to $150720 pa (plus 17% superannuation)
  • Campus based with option for hybrid work model: Albury-Wodonga Bathurst Dubbo Wagga Orange or Port Macquarie. Remote work for alternate locations within Greater Brisbane NSW ACT and Melbourne also considered.

As Associate Director Brand and Performance Marketing youll be at the forefront of shaping and overseeing bold forward-thinking strategies across brand communications and performance marketing. Youll inspire and lead a dynamic high-impact team committed to amplifying Charles Sturts identity strengthening its voice and expanding its presence across key channels.

  • Demonstrated experience in the management of brand campaign execution and customer segmentation
  • Exceptional communicator with ability to influence outcomes build consensus and drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups
  • Strategic thinker with a passion for creativity innovation and continuous improvement
  • Proven leadership skills with ability to inspire mentor and elevate others in a fast paced complex environment
