Job Title: Personal Assistant to the CEO - Part-Time

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized professional and discreet Personal Assistant to support our CEO in a growing preschool and education organization. This part-time role requires flexibility attention to detail and the ability to manage both professional and personal executive tasks. The ideal candidate is independent proactive and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEOs calendar appointments and reminders with precision.
- Screen and triage emails draft professional communications and handle sensitive information.
- Coordinate domestic travel and provide occasional airport drop-offs/pick-ups.
- Support business operations including scheduling calls preparing agendas and tracking weekly goals.
- Prepare professional documents presentations and standard operating procedures using Google Workspace and project management tools (Asana preferred).
- Attend meetings as needed take notes and follow up on action items.
- Serve as the CEOs gatekeeper managing priorities and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Qualifications:
- Local to Pitt/Craven County NC with a valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an executive assistant personal assistant or senior administrative support.
- Proficient in Google Workspace; project management tool experience (Asana preferred; GoHighLevel ProCare or Rippling a plus).
- Exceptional organizational communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently anticipate needs and manage responsibilities with minimal supervision.
- Absolute discretion and commitment to confidentiality (NDA required).
- Professional polished and approachable demeanor.
