Job Description
Help Desk / Service Desk Specialist
Location: San Antonio TX (on-site or hybrid as directed); may require TDY/surge support to OCONUS sites in Japan and Korea
Clearance: Active DoD Secret
Required Certifications: A CND or Network (DoD 8140 IAT-I). Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals or Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals. Minimum of 20 hours CPD annually.
Role Summary:
Provides Tier 1/2 support resolving incidents and service requests. Ensures PRS targets are met while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to and resolve tickets; escalate when required.
- Track incidents in ITSM platform; maintain knowledge articles.
- Support user account provisioning MFA and access troubleshooting.
- Communicate effectively with users; maintain customer focus.
