Content Developer AI Solutions

The Content Developer is primarily responsible for the design and implementation of AI tools used to create various types of educational content. This role focuses on designing content structures using AI tools to produce content for internal teams and evaluating tool outputs for compliance and quality. The Content Developer plays a crucial role in ensuring the effectiveness and integrity of AI-generated educational materials including rigorous test planning execution and resolution of issues identified in testing and in production.

What Youll Do:

1. Design content structures that AI tools will use to create educational materials.
2. Utilize AI tools to produce content supporting various internal teams needs.
3. Coordinate end-user testing evaluate and resolve AI tool outputs to monitor for compliance with educational standards and overall quality.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand content requirements and translate them into AI-friendly structures.
5. Maintain and expand subject matter expertise in educational content development and AI-assisted content creation.
6. Participate in the continuous improvement of AI tools and content generation processes.
7. Ensure adherence to organizational standards for educational content across AI-generated materials.
8. Contribute to the development of best practices for AI-assisted content creation in an educational context.
9. Train other team members on the use of AI tools for content development.
10. Stay current with trends in educational content development and AI applications in education.

What Were Looking For:

1. One to three years of experience in educational content development.
2. Experience with instructional design principles.
3. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
4. Familiarity with web-based research tools and content management systems.
5. Experience with AI-assisted content creation tools.
