Qualifications:
- Education: Completion of an accredited LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) program.
- Licensure/Certifications: Active MD license.
- At least one year of relevant field experience is required.
Responsibilities:
- Administer medications treatments and wound care under RN supervision.
- Monitor and document patient conditions vital signs and progress.
- Assist with care plan implementation and collaborate with RNs therapists andphysicians.
- Educate patients and families on post-treatment care medications and recoverygoals.
- Maintain accurate clinical records including medication logs and shift reports.
- Ensure compliance with infection control safety protocols and facility policies.
- Provide emotional support and advocate for the patients needs during rehabilitation.
