Job Description
Agile Coach with 10 years of experience with proven track record of leading large-scale transformation programs in the Banking industry preferred (any other industry is ok but large transformation experience in must).
The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in guiding organizations through their agile journey scaling agile practices and driving measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
o Lead enterprise-wide agile transformation programs spanning multiple business lines functions and geographies.
o Define and implement agile operating models transformation roadmaps and adoption strategies.
o Implement and optimize scaling frameworks such as SAFe LeSS or Disciplined Agile (DA) across large transformation programs.
o Design portfolio and program-level ceremonies governance models and reporting structures.
o Drive transformations across banking domains
o Work with senior leadership to align transformation goals with business strategy.
o Develop playbooks guidelines and frameworks to standardize agile practices across the organization.
o Define and track KPIs (e.g. time-to-market productivity quality customer value delivery).
o Ensure agile practices are adapted to banking environments with regulatory compliance and operational constraints.
Certifications - SAFe Agile certification
