Job Summary
Gradepa
As a valued member of our dedicated team you will play a key role in delivering personalised meaningful activities for adults with learning disabilities. Your work will be guided by individual support plans with the overarching aim of enhancing each persons day:

You will also provide respectful and dignified support with personal care tailored to each individuals needs.
