Russian or Ukrainian Speaking ESOL Tutor with SEMH experience

Are you a passionate educator making a difference in the lives of ESOL students with SEN or SEHM needs We are looking for experienced and dedicated tutors to join our team. Youll provide personalised 1:1 support in ESOL to Ukrainian/Russian speaking students. These in-person sessions in the Kensington and Chelsea area offer the chance to work closely with students helping them build skills and confidence in a supportive and tailored learning environment.

• This job is in-person in the Kensington and Chelsea area
• Day(s) and Time(s): Flexible days delivering 3 x 90 mins sessions
• Total Hours: 4.5 hours per week
• Subject and Level: ESOL Entry Level 1
• Pay: 30 p/h
• Start date: ASAP
• Contract length: 16 weeks

What Youll Do

• Develop and deliver tuition programmes in small groups or 1:1
• Provide tuition that is appropriate for the individuals/groups needs and study level
• Assessing any barriers to students learning and working to overcome these
• Monitoring student progress and producing reports
• Creating a positive and supportive learning environment
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the curriculum content and qualification frameworks youre providing subject tuition in
• Regularly reporting updates to the Tuition Programmes Manager

Were looking for someone who has:

• TEFL CELTA or equivalent.
• 1 years of tutoring / teaching experience
• Speaks fluentRussian or Ukrainian
• Experience working with students with SEMH
• An ability to adapt lessons to suit different learning styles and needs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The right to be self employed in the UK
