YOUR MISSION

In the context of giving users easy access to anything in their city Q-commerce (Quick Commerce) is the business unit that aims to provide immediacy to all product needs that a user might have from delivering a video game to sending a gift... to filling up their fridge. We do that through 3 verticals: Groceries with Partners Groceries with our own Micro Fulfillment Centers (MFCs) and Retail Shops.

The Q-commerce team is organized into 3 verticals: Groceries through Partners Retail and Groceries through Micro Fulfillment Centers - MFCs our very own supermarkets.

As an Intern in the Category Management team you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of a best-in-class user experience for our customers globally leading the implementation of the right assortment categorization content pricing and promotion strategies to win the convenience baskets.

THE JOURNEY

• Support in the ideation and implementation of new global frameworks and processes;
• Implement and standardize tools guidelines and playbooks
• Engage with regional and local teams to know the business get insights and share best practices
• Create and update dashboards to monitor the Categorys KPIs globally;
• Work closely with other teams such as: Tech Product Management Data Analytics and Operations;

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

• Bachelor or Master student;
• Availability to work at full time (8h/day) during at least 6 months;
• Hands-on attitude is a must. Youll have to roll up your sleeves!
• Comfort in working in a high growth and high performance start-up with a fast pace
• Good analytical skills willing to test and solve problems based on data;
• Great interpersonal skills;
• Fluency in English;
• Proactivity organization skills and obsession with details.
