- Develop and execute commercial strategy across a portfolio of hotels striving for sustainable above-market growth.
- Maximize revenue and profit through effective revenue management and tactical actions.
- Analyze demand across segments and channels; define and implement aligned sales and distribution strategies.
- Collaborate with hotel GMs Sales Marketing Events and HQ teams to ensure strategic alignment.
- Report on hotel performance market dynamics and identify risks and opportunities.
- Lead commercial projects and act as a change advocate within the organization.
- Stay informed on market trends industry developments and technology updates.
Qualifications :
- Practical experience in hotel Commercial Revenue Management.
- Strong analytical and numerical reasoning skills.
- Ability to articulate and implement change effectively.
- Proficiency in computer use and MS Office applications especially Excel.
- Experience working with modern RMS and BI platforms (experience with IDeaS RMS is considered an advantage).
- Experience in collaborating with and influencing superiors and peers in a matrix-structured environment.
- Excellent written and verbal command of English and at least one of the languages of the following countries at a communicative level.
- Preferably an EU citizen
- Location: Preferable hybrid within the Baltics (Vilnius or Tallinn) Hungary or Poland.
