This onsite role offers a unique opportunity to support adults experiencing mental health crises while working alongside a compassionate highly skilled multidisciplinary team. Our Receiving Center operates 24/7 365 days a year providing critical crisis intervention services in a fast-paced supportive environment where your clinical skills truly matter.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 4:00 PM-9:00 PM
Compensation: $28.50$44.03 DOE and Licensure

What Youll Do as a Therapist

• Provide direct clinical services including individual family and group therapy
• Complete intake assessments clinical interviews documentation and discharge planning
• Develop implement and monitor individualized treatment plans
• Manage and maintain an assigned caseload
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure continuity of care
• Support individuals experiencing acute mental health crises with empathy and professionalism
• Contribute to a culture rooted in integrity safety and clinical excellence

Qualifications

• Masters degree in social work Mental Health Counseling Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Utah licensure as CSW ACMHC AMFT LCSW CMHC or LMFT (or the ability to obtain it before starting).
• Solid skills in clinical assessment treatment planning and providing therapy.
• Comfortable working with individuals and families from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a team.
• Reliable with documentation and maintaining professional standards.
• Committed to ethical practice and ongoing learning.
• Spanish speakers may qualify for a wage increase

Employment at Wasatch Behavioral Health is contingent upon successful completion of a drug screen motor vehicle record review and criminal background check. After hire you must complete and receive a Criminal Background Clearance (BCI) from Utah State Office of Licensing. Upon receipt of a conditional offer of employment in the position you must provide an official copy of licensure or certification.
