The Systems Support Associate is responsible for the day-to-day level one support of MC Companies property management systems (Yardi) as well as handling small projects. They manage multiple support requests and are responsible for ensuring those support requests are completed efficiently timely and accurately. They think strategically and identify improvements and solutions that support all operational Teams.

Assists in managing Yardi technical support troubleshooting and guidance for all department end.
- Assist to facilitate the technical setup for all new properties and assist in technical system.
- Design develop implement test and troubleshoot custom interfaces dashboards and approval.
- Customizes the user interface for the Yardi Voyager platform and develops reports based on overall business operations and departmental and department requirements.
- Respond timely and accurately to helpdesk.
- Travel to sites as needed attend and assist with training on various systems used with MC.
- Promote continued awareness around adoption of critical tools technologies and best.
- Research new modules and technical systems by evaluating the needs of the business and partnering with leadership and property managers to identify ongoing training.
- Partner with Accounting/Finance Department on processes and procedures as well as.
- Helping assist with tracking of company equipment user passwords.
