We have an exciting opportunity for 2 Trainee Assistant Human Resources Officers to join our Recruitment & Resourcing team supporting the effective provision of the HR Operations function with an initial focus on recruitment and employee contractual changes.
About the role:
You will work with HR professionals to support the provision of data management information and records relating to the recruitment and resourcing of employees. This is a key role supporting the organisation to deliver its plans and strengthen the organisations capacity to support movement internally.
About the candidate:
We are looking for dynamic and committed individuals who are excellent team players. The role requires the ability to work as part of a wider team as well as having the ability to work independently when required using initiative being able to respond positively to changing work requirements and an ability to work flexibly. You will be highly organised and methodical with strong attention to detail. You will have excellent IT and system skills with experience of maintaining manipulating and inputting data.
Above all youll be passionate about delivering an excellent HR service and delivering fantastic things for our employees and residents. This is an excellent opportunity if you are interested in developing a career in Human Resources.
