Join The River as a Testing Assistant (Part-Time)

What Youll Do

As a Testing Assistant youll help our Assessment Centers run smoothly and efficiently supporting students faculty and staff every day. Youll:

• Administer and virtually proctor exams with accuracy and care

• Track and process distance learning exams

• Assist with data entry and student notifications

• Help students navigate the testing process confidently

• Maintain integrity confidentiality and fairness in all testing situations

• Collaborate with colleagues to create a calm professional testing environment

Youll primarily serve on one of our five campuses but flexibility to travel across campuses as needed is part of our team spirit.

What You Bring

Were looking for someone who demonstrates:

• A bachelors degree from an accredited institution

• At least one year of experience in customer service and/or education

• Prior experience in testing or proctoring environments (preferred)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

• A student-first mindset and the ability to work with diverse learners

• Professional judgment reliability and comfort with technology
