Pratt and Whitney is seeking an HR professional to fill a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist this dynamic role you will work closely with our recruitment team together and participate in initiatives and projects designed to continually improve candidate hiring manager and recruiter experience
The ability to exercise sound judgment and work collaboratively on multiple projects is critical in this role. You will engage with all levels of the organization and must partner across the organization not only within TA and HR but cross functionally within the business and other key partners and stakeholders both within Pratt and across other Business Units at selected candidate will have a comprehensive knowledge of HR technology that supports TA practices and processes.
What You Will Do:
- Create and deploy key recruitment and sourcing strategies together with its metric and reporting
- Work closely with the recruitment team on the current projects and provide support on the process and compliance relates issues
- Responsible for supporting the business in seeking opportunities for effectiveness improvement within the internal processes
- Play the role of coordinator to support the recruiting team with requisition management
- Partner closely with the business and represent PW during external initiatives
- Participate and lead projects focused on improving recruiting processes for hiring managers candidates and recruiters
- Partner with external vendors and educational institutions to sustain a long-lasting collaboration on building talent pipelines.
- Support and develop initiatives for Technical Trade Schools within the region
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Higer Degree and 5 years of prior relevant HR
- Experience with Workday Recruiting
- Experience with recruiting metrics and data and how they relate to operational performance
- Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders
- Knowledge of change management principles and practices
- Experience using Excel and other data tools with advanced proficiency (Vlookup pivot tables charts and analysis)
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Experience managing competing demands while being adaptable and flexible in a rapidly changing management environment
- Ability to work independently with strong time management skills and attention to details
- Strong computer skills (PowerPoint Excel applicant tracking system #LI-DNI
