What Youll Do (360)

Business Development:Win new clients via phone email online meetingsand on-site visits.
Talent Matchmaking:Source qualify and place top talent across Europe.
Consulting:Be the go-to advisor for clients and candidates.
Headhunting:Leverage LinkedIn job boards and creative sourcing to find hidden gems.
Negotiate & Close:Drive offers to signature and celebrate the win.
End-to-End Support:Guide candidates through every step of the process.

What Were Looking For

Mindset:Driven curious resilient; excited to learn fast.
Background:Experience in sales/recruitment is great but not essential.
Communication:FluentGerman or Dutch English (C1C2);ornative EnglishplusB2B Sales or Recruitment experience.
