About the role
This role is responsible for driving service excellence through spares management technical capability building EHS compliance channel management and customer service delivery. The position also focuses on generating AMC revenue driving DO & Charge activities and supporting retrofit business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Spares Management
Ensure availability and timely delivery of spare parts.
Monitor inventory optimize stock levels and minimize shortages.
Technical & EHS Training
Conduct technical training for service teams and partners.
Lead EHS (Environment Health & Safety) training to ensure compliance with company and statutory norms.
Channel Management
Manage and support service channel partners for effective coverage.
Strengthen partner capability and ensure adherence to service quality standards.
Customer Service & Delivery
Oversee service delivery to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
Drive customer satisfaction through effective communication and high-quality service.
Business Growth & Revenue
Generate AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) revenue by driving renewals and new sign-ups.
Execute DO & Charge activities effectively to maximize profitability.
Support retrofit business opportunities by identifying customer needs and promoting solutions.
