Key Responsibilities:
Process purchase orders accurately and maintain up-to-date records
Communicate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
Resolve invoice queries and discrepancies efficiently
Provide administrative support to the Purchasing Supervisor and Manager
Track and ensure timely delivery of goods and services
Candidate Profile:
Previous experience in a purchasing procurement or administrative role
Basic understanding of purchasing processes; experience with MRP systems or other planning tools is highly desirable
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (comfortable with formulas VLOOKUP pivot tables and general data manipulation)
Strong organisational and communication skills
Positive team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Comfortable liaising with both internal teams and external suppliers
