About the job

As Parts Sales Manager in the Marine Division (Nordic Sales Company) you will lead and develop a team of Inside Sales Support (Parts Sales Specialists) to drive growth in our marine spare parts business across WWF (Water Wind & Fuel Systems) and HGS (Heat & Gas Systems).

Key tasks:

  • Lead the team of Inside Sales Support for parts sales to meet division targets for sales & profitability within defined scopes.
  • Drive process improvements and ensure effective use of tools systems and data analysis

to enhance efficiency and customer experience.

  • Develop and coach the team to secure the right skills and expertise.
  • Create sales and business plans including forecasting for the parts business.
  • Act as the main contact for the Central BU parts sales organization.
  • Collaborate closely with service and support managers to ensure seamless integration across the business.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers partners and industry bodies.

What you know

To succeed in this position you have:

  • Proven sales performance within a B2B environment.
  • Management experience is an advantage.
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication is a pre-requisite. Other European or Scandinavian languages are a strong advantage.
  • A high level of digital competence not only with Microsoft Office programs but also with other communication and collaboration tools.
  • A passion and drive for data trends analysis and digitalisation.
  • Commercial or Merchant Marine industry knowledge or experience is an advantage as is knowledge of equipment relevant to the marine industry.
  • The role requires eligibility to travel within the Nordics and Europe at short notice typically 1020 days annually.

Location

Based in Denmark with flexibility for other Nordic countries.
