Department Profile
Services Tech is a dynamic and fast-paced area within the Firms WM Technology Division. We are responsible for creating innovative technology solutions for the Marketing Tech one of the strategic growth areas of the Firm providing document management workflow and services to our WM clients. This includes state-of-the-art technology for a nationwide network of Private Bankers and product specialists who work with Financial Advisors to provide access to products and services such as online banking cards deposit products residential mortgages securities-based loans and tailored lending. Position Description:
As a Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) architecture you will play a critical role in our organizations digital transformation journey. You will lead AEP projects ensuring technical excellence innovation and seamless collaboration across teams. This position requires strong technical expertise leadership skills and exceptional interpersonal abilities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Collaborate with business and product partners to understand the business problem to develop solutions that would mitigate the problem and enhance the customer experience
* Participate in architecture and design discussions whiteboarding the solution and effectively communicating the designs to other team members
* Develop software solutions in a lean-agile methodology to bring the solutions quickly to the partners and improve optimize and repeat in an accelerated development cycle
* Independently manage the delivery of the solutions within the deadline adhering to the companys compliance and development standards
* Present the solution to the business/technology stakeholders and the management and communicate the design choices clearly
* Create technical documentation for the product business user guide and other runbooks both for managing the applications and to onboard new users easily
* Research and learn new technologies quickly and work in parallel balancing the ongoing tasks research tasks production support and mentoring others.
* Provide guidance and mentorship to the team members and foster a culture of continuous learning within the team. Skills Required
* Proficient in Adobe Experience Platform and its components.
* Strong experience in architectural design and MarTech solutions.
* Demonstrated ability in leading and executing proof of concepts.
* Solid understanding of Segment-based marketing campaigns.
* Leadership skills with experience in guiding technical teams.
* Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
* Experience working in an Agile Lean or Kanban environment with a focus on team success.
* Good communication and presentation.
* Growth mindset personal excellence collaborative spirit.
Skills Preferred
* Experience in integrating various systems using heterogenous data sources REST/SOAP Services JMS Database Messaging services like Kafka.
* Experience in Data Modeling Query tuning Stored Procedure and NoSQL exposure
* Control-M Autosys or any equivalent scheduling software
Educational Qualification
* BA/BS in Computer Science Math Physics or another technical field
* Advanced degrees or certifications in Adobe Experience Manager Adobe Experience Platform or related technologies are highly desirable.
