Our client is seeking a polished and proactive Front Desk Coordinator to serve as the welcoming face of their practice. This role is ideal for someone with concierge-level service experience who thrives in a high-touch detail-driven environment. Youll ensure every patients experience is seamless warm and professionally managed from arrival to departure.
Pay: $28-$32/hour DOE. Onsite five days hours 8.30am 5.15pm
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet and assist patients with professionalism and warmth
- Manage appointment scheduling confirmations and check-in/check-out procedures
- Maintain a pristine and organized lobby environment
- Handle phone and email inquiries with discretion and accuracy
- Support administrative tasks including data entry inventory coordination and filing
- Uphold HIPAA compliance and confidentiality standards
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3 years of experience managing a front desk or concierge service lobby
- Background in hospitality spa or wellness industry preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations or medical terminology is a plus
- Exceptional communication multitasking and organizational skills
- Professional demeanor and client-first mindset
