Leidos National Security Sector is seeking an experienced leader to serve as the Sr Director of Growth and Strategy for our NGA and NRO opportunities for our Decision Advantage Solutions (DAS) business area.
The selected individual will report to the Senior Vice President of Growth to lead and manage a geographically dispersed workforce supporting the mission of the team. DAS supports mission software multi-domain operations intelligence analysis and production and tech enabled services across Defense Space and Intelligence Community mission.

Primary Responsibilities
The Sr Director of Growth will lead a team of Account Managers and Business Development professionals and is responsible for developing and establishing relationships between the customers strategic partners and across the entire company. Duties include identifying developing and implementing near-term and long-term business strategies that drive revenue growth and margin expansion for the company. The individual will lead a team that prepares and submits proposals in pursuit of business in the US and International Defense marketplace. This position requires a deep understanding of the customers across all Intelligence and Defense services from an operations and acquisitions standpoint. The individual may have other business development activities such as investigating and evaluating potential mergers acquisitions divestitures geographic expansions licensing partnerships joint ventures new business/market opportunities and sustainability to determine if such activities are in line with the organizations overall strategy and vision. The individual is also responsible for the allocation of apportioned resources between existing and new businesses and continuously monitors the market to keep track of competitor developments and their impact on market share.
