Key Requirements
- 3-7 years of relevant experience in a business assistant or similar role.
- Proficiency in English (C1 level) with knowledge of Russian and Ukrainian.
- Proven track record of successfully managing tasks and projects.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Demonstrated initiative and loyalty with a results-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to take on responsibility and act proactively.
Key Responsibilities
- Communication Management: Conduct business communication in Russian Ukrainian English.
- Executive Support: Assist the executive in negotiations calls and documentation.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Organize meetings travel and schedules efficiently.
- Task Management: Ensure the completion of assignments from start to finish.
- Project Support: Assist in project management correspondence and tackle non-standard tasks.
- Representation: Represent the owners interests when necessary.
