Salary: $75773 NZD - $106739 NZD per year (depending on experience)
About the Role
Gisborne Hospital is seeking dedicated and skilled Midwives to join our maternity team. This is a unique opportunity to practise full-scope midwifery in a supportive community-focused environment while making a real difference to the health and wellbeing of whnau in Tairwhiti.
What Youll Do
As part of our maternity service you will provide care across the full scope of practice including:

Continuity of care throughout the maternity journey

Supporting both low-risk and high-risk pregnancies

Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
What Were Looking For
- Qualified midwives with experience across the midwifery scope of practice
- Strong commitment to providing culturally safe women-centred care in line with Te Tiriti o Waitangi principles
- A current Annual Practising Certificate (APC) with the New Zealand Midwifery Council or evidence of having started the registration process
