We are looking for a German-speaking Customer Support Representative to join our team in this role you will assist users of an international online marketplace by providing clear empathetic and professional support ensuring every customer has a smooth and positive experience.
Respond to customer inquiries via email with professionalism and empathy.
Provide clear and accurate assistance on all marketplace-related topics.
Follow communication standards procedures and policies.
Evaluate and make fair decisions in line with defined company guidelines.
Contribute to a positive customer journey by resolving issues efficiently.
Native or fluent German (spoken and written).
Good command of English.
Strong attention to detail reliability and conscientious work ethic.
Empathetic customer-focused with a genuine desire to help.
Ability to adapt quickly and make decisions in a dynamic environment.
Interest in marketplaces shared economy or new technologies is a plus.
Previous experience in customer support content moderation or online business is an advantage.
Working schedule: MondayFriday 7:00 AM 3:30 PM (with flexibility for late shifts/weekends).
Shuttle bus operating throughout the island.
