About the Role

As a French-speaking Customer Advisor you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to clients across the French-speaking market. You will handle inquiries resolve issues and provide product or service support always ensuring an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities

Manage incoming customer requests via phone email and chat in French.
Provide accurate information on products services warranties and troubleshooting.
Support customers with technical assistance usage guidance and order tracking.
Handle complaints and ensure fast effective solutions.
Escalate complex cases to the appropriate support teams when necessary.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
Ensure a positive and professional representation of the brand at all times.

Requirements

Native-level or fluent French speaker (C1/C2).
Good command of English (B2 level or higher) for internal communication.
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Previous experience in customer service or technical support is an advantage.
Basic technical knowledge of consumer products is a plus.
