Job Opportunity: Czech-Speaking Back Office Agent On-Site in North West Germany

Start Date: End of September
Location: North West Germany (close to Dortmund and Dsseldorf)
Relocation Support: 2 months accommodation up to 250euro travel reimbursement
Signing Bonus: 4000euro (2000euro after 3 months 2000euro after 6 months)

We are looking for native or fluent Czech speakers to join a team working on next-generation AI technologies. This is not a content moderation role but an AI evaluator position where you will create and review written prompts and conversation flows to support advanced speech-based systems.

Requirements:

Fluency in Czech B2 level English
High school diploma (minimum requirement)
Valid work permit for Germany
Strong writing and analytical skills
Comfortable working on-site and with varied content
