Join Maersks People Function Leadership Team
Maersk is transforming into a global end-to-end logistics provider. As part of this journey were looking for a seasoned People Partner Leader to manage our HQ employee experience across functions like Operations Corporate Affairs Finance and others.
The Role
Youll lead a team of People Partners driving high-quality HR delivery and employee engagement. Youll work closely with stakeholders across whole People Function including senior leadership to align people strategies with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with PBPs and business to understand business needs and translate it into actionable plans for the teams to deliver on. Draw people insights from available real-time reports to identify and address opportunities in the support towards business leaders
- Ensure successful and consistent delivery of high-quality people partnering to business organization and continuously guide its team on setting the standards of people partnering
- Drive standardization and process excellence for local delivery of the annual HR Cycle including team engagement annual salary review performance management succession planning and development.
- Collaborate within the People Function community to deliver excellent employee experience and embed the culture of a continuous improvement mindset
- Stay up to date with local employment law landscape to ensure local compliance and adherence with HR procedures practices and regulations
- Be an ambassador and drive change management with leaders and employees on People Function service delivery model

- Role model co-creation and stakeholder engagement
What Were Looking For
- 8 years of leadership experience in HR ideally in a global matrix organization
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Proven change management and transformation experience
- Deep understanding of Danish labour law and HR best practices
- Resilient curious and self-driven with excellent communication skills
