Were seeking someone to join our IAM Risk and Governance team as a Product Owner in Identity & Access Management (IAM).

What youll do in the role:
> Collaborate with IAM Risk and Governance team members and the IAM Data Architecture chapter.
> Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to delivery.
> Define and communicate the product vision and strategy to stakeholders.
> Lead cross-functional teams in the development and delivery of product features.
> Prioritize and manage the product backlog to align with strategic goals.
> Ensure product quality through rigorous QA and testing processes.
> Develop and implement product strategies aligned with business objectives.
> Identify risks and opportunities for improvement. What youll bring to the role:
> Deep expertise in agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
> Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills.
> Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
> Ability to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
> Experience with delivering multiple tasks/deliverables in an organized manner.
> Ability to effectively manage multiple functions or guide junior staff and initiatives.
> Ability to adjust quickly to changing priorities as necessary.
> At least 6 years relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role.
