Job Summary
In the Technology division we leverage innovation to build the connections and capabilities that power our Firm enabling our clients and colleagues to redefine markets and shape the future of our communities. This is a Lead Technical Product Owner position at Vice President level which is part of the job family responsible for RECRUITER to add standard JA JOB FAMILY Description based on Job Profile.

What youll do in the role:
> Collaborate with IAM Risk and Governance team members and the IAM Data Architecture chapter.
> Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to delivery.
> Define and communicate the product vision and strategy to stakeholders.
> Lead cross-functional teams in the development and delivery of product features.
> Prioritize and manage the product backlog to align with strategic goals.
> Ensure product quality through rigorous QA and testing processes.
> Develop and implement product strategies aligned with business objectives.
> Identify risks and opportunities for improvement. What youll bring to the role:
> Deep expertise in agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
> Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills.
> Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
> Ability to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
> Experience with delivering multiple tasks/deliverables in an organized manner.
> Ability to effectively manage multiple functions or guide junior staff and initiatives.
> Ability to adjust quickly to changing priorities as necessary.
> At least 6 years relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role.
