Essential duties include but are not limited to the following:
- Train motivate counsel and monitor the performance of all salespeople
- Establishes annual and monthly objectives for unit sales gross profits expenses and operating profit
- Monitors salesperson productivity and performance
- Orders/acquires new and used-vehicle inventory
- Displays merchandises and promotes new and used vehicles
- Review market analyses and sales reports to determine customer needs and volume potential and develop sales campaigns to accommodate the goals of the dealership
Qualifications:
- High school or equivalent required
- Two to four years of related experience and/or training or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- State Sales License
- Valid Drivers License with a good driving record
