Do you love all things cruising and enjoy helping others plan unforgettable getaways at sea We are looking for a Cruise Travel Booking Specialist to join our this role you will work with clients to create personalized cruise experiences from itinerary planning to final booking while delivering top-notch customer service every step of the way.

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with researching planning and booking cruise vacations.
Provide expert recommendations on destinations cruise lines ships and excursions.
Customize itineraries to match client preferences budgets and travel goals.
Manage bookings payments and travel documents with accuracy.
Stay up to date on cruise industry news promotions and offerings.
Deliver exceptional customer support before during and after travel.

Qualifications:

Passion for travel and strong knowledge of cruise vacations.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and pay attention to detail.
Previous experience in travel hospitality or customer service is a plus (but not required).
Comfortable working remotely and independently.
