An established civil engineering consultancy in Arizona is seeking a seasoned Civil Project Manager to lead land development initiatives. This role is pivotal in orchestrating project lifecycles ensuring client satisfaction and mentoring engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and negotiate project scopes budgets and contracts.
Oversee project timelines resource allocation and deliverables.
Foster and maintain strong client relationships.
Lead and mentor engineering teams promoting professional growth.
Ensure quality control and compliance throughout project phases.
Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D for design and documentation.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in land development projects including areas like master-planned communities subdivisions and commercial buildings.
Professional Engineer (PE) license in Arizona or the ability to obtain within 3 months.
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
Demonstrated leadership and project management skills.
