Key Responsibilities
- Develop and negotiate project scopes budgets and contracts.
- Oversee project timelines resource allocation and deliverables.
- Foster and maintain strong client relationships.
- Lead and mentor engineering teams promoting professional growth.
- Ensure quality control and compliance throughout project phases.
- Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D for design and documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in land development projects including areas like master-planned communities subdivisions and commercial buildings.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Arizona or the ability to obtain within 3 months.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Demonstrated leadership and project management skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
