Are you a versatile hands-on Application Delivery Specialist (Agile Engineer) who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys solving complex challenges across a wide range of business domains Were looking for a flexible self-sufficient professional to join our Corporate Center team supporting critical IT and business applications across Finance HR Legal Treasury Facilities and more.
This role replaces a retiring senior team member and offers the opportunity to grow into a trusted expert working closely with internal stakeholders external vendors and a broader contractor network. Youll be part of a collaborative Agile team that values ownership adaptability and continuous improvement.

Day to day:
- Translate business needs into actionable user stories and technical deliverables.
- Coordinate and configure the delivery of functionality with internal IT and external suppliers.
- Review and approve technical designs and system documentation.
- Integrate IT security compliance and non-functional requirements into solutions.
- Participate in system testing (SIT) defect management and go-live readiness.
- Organise and support UAT coordination when needed.
- Ensure proper documentation and handover to support teams for BAU and Level 3 support.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across 10 business domains including Finance HR Legal and Treasury.
- Engage in Agile ceremonies (planning refinement retrospectives reviews).
- Raise and manage impediments risks dependencies and improvement actions.
- Stay current with industry standards and coach frontline staff where applicable.
- Provide guidance mentoring and informal coaching to junior team members helping them grow in their roles and improve delivery practices.
- Support and troubleshoot IT-related tasks across a wide range of SaaS and home-grown applications including configuration and integration activities.
- Work on technical topics such as SSO MFA security vulnerabilities lifecycle management and CI/CD pipelines ensuring systems are secure compliant and maintainable.

Essentials:
- Proven ability to work across a diverse application landscape and business domains.
- Comfortable switching between technical detail and strategic context.
- Strong communicator with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Azure DevOps SharePoint Wiki O365 and Teams.
- Familiarity with On-Prem SaaS and PaaS environments.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery systems testing and defect management.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Self-starter with a can-do mentality and ownership mindset.
- Comfortable working independently and managing priorities in a hybrid setup.
- A natural collaborator who enjoys sharing knowledge and supporting the growth of others within the team.
- Technically curious and adaptable with the ability to quickly learn unfamiliar systems and tackle a wide range of IT challenges.
