At Amazon were revolutionizing the world of delivery with our ultra fast speed initiative aiming to provide lightning-fast deliveries (Amazon NOW) across India. If you are looking to build something new and from the ground up this role is for you. Were searching for a Sr. Program Manager to join our dynamic team with proven program leadership experience to own strategic tactical cross-functional and technology projects and programs.
This role requires establishing frameworks for delivery capacity planning driven by demand forecasting. The role requires implementation of analytics to predict patterns including holiday peaks and develop flexible strategies for scaling operations up or down as needed. The program aims to optimize resource utilization costs and improve service levels.
Key job responsibilities
Establishing a framework for delivery capacity planning driven by demand forecasting. Using analytics to predict patterns including peaks and develop flexible strategies for scaling operations up or down as needed. The program aims to optimize resource utilization costs and improve service levels.
Success metrics will include improved capacity utilization cost optimization and ability to meet demand spikes while maintaining service quality.

As a pioneering team in Amazons quick commerce initiative in India we are establishing new benchmarks in ultra-fast delivery service. Our team operates at the intersection of innovation and execution creating first-of-its-kind solutions while maintaining Amazons customer-centric approach.
We are building foundational elements of the quick commerce network from the ground up including development of operational frameworks technology integration and service optimization. The team consistently demonstrates agility in learning and implementing improvements turning challenges into opportunities for growth.
Our collaborative environment encourages experimentation and rapid iteration allowing us to establish robust playbooks that will shape the future of quick commerce. We maintain a strong focus on data-driven decision making while fostering a culture of ownership and innovation.
The teams work directly influences Amazons quick commerce strategy setting precedents for operational excellence and customer experience. Through continuous learning and adaptation we are creating scalable solutions that will define the next generation of ultra-fast delivery services.

- 5 years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
- MBA or Bachelors degree in BI finance engineering statistics computer science mathematics finance or equivalent quantitative field
- 3 years of developing program strategies and plans diving execution and influencing senior stakeholders experience
