Job Summary

Summit Search Grouphas been retained by our client to recruit their nextProject Manager a results-driven leader with proven experience in custom home construction. This individual will oversee projects from inception to completion managing timelines budgets and stakeholder relationships with precision and accountability.

Reporting to senior leadership the Project Manager will lead the planning and execution of custom residential builds ensuring projects are delivered on time on budget and to the highest quality standards. This is a high-performance role with bonus incentives tied to project success ideal for a construction professional who thrives in a fast-paced deadline-oriented environment.

About the Company:

Their integrated approach allows for greater control efficiency and accountability across every phase of construction.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients ensuring consistent and proactive communication
Create and manage detailed project budgets tracking costs and ensuring financial targets are met
Develop and adjust project schedules ensuring optimal sequencing of all trades and suppliers
Lead all phases of construction from pre-construction through final delivery
Coordinate and manage subcontractors vendors and internal crews
Maintain strict adherence to building codes safety regulations and company quality standards
Identify risks resolve issues proactively and keep projects on track

Qualifications:

5 years of experience in project management within custom homebuilding or residential construction
Strong track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget
Proficient in MS Project; experience with Builder Trend is a strong asset
Deep knowledge of construction sequencing trade coordination and site execution
Excellent leadership communication and organizational skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
