Job Summary
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Planning & Logistics Analyst to support plant operations inventory management production planning and logistics coordination in a palm oil refinery. The role involves optimizing stock levels coordinating deliveries managing certifications and supporting cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and cost-effective operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage raw material and product movement stock levels and production schedules.
  • Plan monthly production run rates and align with maintenance sales and procurement teams.
  • Coordinate delivery operations including intercompany transfers and terminal support.
  • Analyze operating expenditures justify variances and recommend cost-saving measures.
  • Manage SAP postings for inventory goods receipt/issue and month-end closing activities.
  • Support regulatory compliance including MSPO ISO Halal and Kosher certifications.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders (suppliers customers authorities).
  • Oversee tank farm operations weighbridge management and stock reporting.
  • Assist in contract vetting tax exemption processes and regulatory submissions.
  • Participate in audits and contribute to continuous improvement of procedures and systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering Process Engineering or related field.
  • 13 years of experience in the palm oil oil & gas or related industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel Word PowerPoint and SAP.
  • Strong analytical organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Independent flexible and willing to work extended or off-hours.
  • Knowledge of logistics inventory control and regulatory standards (MSPO Halal ISO).
