Job Description:
Liquid Personnel is seeking a highly skilled Lead Occupational Therapist on behalf of its clients specialist neuro-rehabilitation service in Bexley.
As Lead OT you will provide both clinical and professional leadership ensuring the delivery of high-quality evidence-based care for patients with complex neurological conditions. This is a fantastic opportunity to combine leadership with hands-on clinical practice within a respected private service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Occupational Therapy service within the centre.
- Undertake complex OT assessments for patients with neurological and rehabilitation needs.
- Design implement and monitor tailored treatment plans.
- Supervise mentor and develop junior OT staff and students.
- Drive service development quality improvement and clinical governance initiatives.
- Work collaboratively within a skilled multi-disciplinary team to deliver holistic person-centred care.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with professional and organisational standards.
Requirements:
- HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist.
- Substantial post-qualification experience ideally withinneuro-rehabilitationor complex care.
- Proven leadership and supervisory experience.
- Strong communication clinical reasoning and organisational skills.
