The role
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager Anaphylaxis to drive the strategic and tactical development of our Anaphylaxis product portfolio across the Nordic region. This role combines strategic business planning cross-functional leadership and hands-on execution ensuring continued growth and success in a dynamic healthcare environment. The position is based at ALKs headquarters in eitherHrsholm DenmarkorKungsbacka Sweden.
Key responsibilities
- Lead strategic business planning for the Anaphylaxis portfolio including forecasts and KPI monitoring.
- Chair the Nordic cross-functional and cross-country Anaphylaxis Team.
- Conduct continuous market and performance analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop target group segmentation and targeting strategies.
- Collaborate with external partners to deliver personalized omnichannel marketing campaigns that strengthen customer engagement.
- Oversee tactical execution including campaign planning localization of marketing materials and sales team training.
- Engage with key opinion leaders (KOLs) to gather insights and translate them into actionable strategies in partnership with Sales.
- Monitor and coordinate inventory and procurement in close collaboration with Supply Chain.
- Drive performance marketing and on-demand initiatives.
Your profile
- University degree in natural sciences economics communications or related field ideally with a focus on marketing.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a product manager in a healthcare or pharmaceutical company; allergy experience is an advantage.
- Proven track record in product launches.
- Strong analytical mindset with entrepreneurial hands-on approach.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong sense for language and messaging.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and willingness to further expand knowledge in this area.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Highly organized with strong planning and detail orientation.
- Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently and take ownership.
- Skilled at building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships internally and externally.
