About the Opportunity
To support the delivery of the Eastern Free Upgrade we are seeking experienced Civil Supervisorsto join our team.
Qualifications:
Certificate III in Civil & Construction or Certificate IV in Civil & Construction (or equivalent) is desirable.
Minimum requirements for this role:
- Previous experience working for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 Contractor on a major project
- Proven experience in successfully delivering large work packages
- Experience in delivering FRP works structures or civil earthworks
- Excellent awareness of and attitude toward Safety
- High level verbal and written communication skills
- Ensuring compliance with contract terms and conditions for the project
- Effective communication and builds positive relationships with clients project team management suppliers and subcontractors
- Previous experience with budget control and site delivery management
- Self-motivated
- Exceptional Team Leadership skills
- Computer literacy on MS systems & Outlook
