Are you an experienced full-stack professional with deep expertise in React JS and Python FastAPI passionate about building scalable web solutions and leading high-performing teams Were looking for a Technology Leader to drive innovation and excellence in our digital initiatives within the retail domain.
Locations for this position are Mexico hybrid mode

Are you an experienced full-stack professional with deep expertise in React JS and Python FastAPI passionate about building scalable web solutions and leading high-performing teams Were looking for a Technology Leader to drive innovation and excellence in our digital initiatives within the retail domain.
- Technical Leadership: Provide expert guidance on architecture design and development using React JS and Python FastAPI ensuring scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of 510 developers across time zones fostering collaboration and technical growth.
- Project Delivery: Own end-to-end deliveryfrom planning and estimation to execution and deploymentwhile maintaining high quality and meeting timelines.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with business stakeholders to understand requirements provide accurate estimates and deliver effective technical solutions.
- Process Improvement: Continuously improve development workflows code quality and deployment practices through automation and best practices.
- Innovation & Strategy: Challenge conventional approaches explore emerging technologies and contribute to the broader technology roadmap.
- Problem Solving: Act as a technical escalation point resolving complex issues efficiently and guiding the team through challenges.
Locations for this position are Mexico hybrid mode
Qualifications Basic
- Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider 8 years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
Mandatory Skillsets:
- 8 years of hands-on experience with React JS and Python FastAPI including strong proficiency in building scalable web applications and APIs.
- 3 years of domain experience in Retail with a solid understanding of retail workflows and systems.
- Proven experience in leading development teams (510 members) across multiple time zones.
- Strong communication skillsboth written and verbalwith a proactive and independent work ethic.
- Skilled in both support and development processes with the ability to estimate and collaborate with stakeholders on new requirements.
- Focused on delivering high-quality solutions with minimal QA rework through strong logic and design practices.
- Knowledge ofCI/CD pipelines containerization (Docker) and orchestration tools (Kubernetes).
- Understanding ofRESTful API design security best practices and performance optimization.
Good to have
- Familiarity withAgile methodologiesand sprint-based delivery.
- Exposure tomodern integration patterns
- Experience in software development life cycle including agile. Participates in implementations of new systems or modifications to existing systems to meet Information Systems and client business requirements.
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
- Experience in Retail Domain
