VGM Fulfillment is a national leader in CPAP machine and resupply order fulfillment. As an employee-owned company every person at VGM has a personal stake in seeing business succeed. We do this by taking responsibility from our customers for the key operations of order fulfillment: picking packing shipping and inventory management. Our network of fulfillment centers is strategically located throughout the United States providing coverage to all 50 states. This role needs to be present onsite at our warehouse location in Waterloo IA.
Position Summary
The CPAP and BiPAP Technician is responsible for ensuring that all applicable home medical equipment is set up according to the practitioners (i.e. MD DO PA ARNP) prescription/order with a specific focus on CPAPs and BiPAPTechnician will confirm set up prescriptions/orders and communicate any/all variances with VGM Fulfillment (VGMF) customer services representatives. This rolewill have oversight from a licensed professional and will not provide direct patient care including assessment diagnosis treatment evaluation/monitoring and/or education. This is a fast-paced position with urgent deadlines requiring strong personal drive and commitment to success.

Work Hours Classification: Full-time Monday-Friday 1st shift 6:00am-2:30pm
